Survey of Virtual Schools and School Libraries

You are invited to participate in a survey to gather information from K-12 distance education schools about their student library services. These services might be provided by your school, by subscription, or available in the student's local community.

By participating in this survey, you will share some information about your school and your student’s access to reading materials and information. There is no direct benefit to you for participating and there are no foreseeable risks. The results of this survey will be used to identify the current state of library access for k-12 distance learning students.

Your participation is strictly voluntary and you are not required to participate at all. If you elect to participate, click the "Proceed to the Survey" link here or below.

Your survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will not be used for any other purpose than the research described above. Your responses will be identified by an ID number only and not by your name or any other personal identifying information. The survey has less than 20 questions and is estimated to take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by March 2007.
