Research for "The Criminalization of Medicine in America "
Any physician who has experienced abusive government tactics by the federal
government is asked to contact Professor Ronald T. Libby to provide details
of government intervention that violates physician’s constitutional rights
and disrupts their practices. This includes punitive actions against doctors
by the United States Department of Justice, the Office of Inspector General,
Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug and Enforcement Agency, United States
Attorneys, anti-trust divisions of the Federal Trade Commission and Department
of Justice, and Centers for Medicare and Medcaid Services. The purpose
of the research is to collect 200-300 case studies of abusive tactics of
government against physicians to form the basis of a book provisionally
titled “The Police State of Medicine: The War on Doctors.”
