The focus of this course will be on learning how to write newspaper feature stories, new-features, and longer, magazine-style features. The class time will be spent on some discussion, lots of evaluation of stories written by pros and by class members, and on individual meetings with the professor. A discussion forum will also be set up on the class BlackBoard site.
