    Teaching:  I have over seven years of college teaching experience.  Since Fall 1994 I have been teaching statistics
    at the University of North Florida.  I have taught the following courses.  Click on the highlighted course names for

    Research: My areas of interest are statistical methods useful in quality improvement, statistical process control,
    and quality management;  survey methods; data analysis and communication.

    Consulting: I provide SPC, DOE, and Management Science consulting services to businesses and manufacturing
    firms.  I offer the following services:

         I assess specific needs for, develop training courses and materials for, and administer statistical training to
         support quality improvement and product development.
         I offer expertise in searching out opportunities for and implementing the use of statistical methods useful
         in quality control, quality improvement, and product development.

    I help develop and implement solutions to specific quality problems ¾ either by working on or supporting quality
    (engineering) teams.
