8/98 to present:      Dean/Professor , Brooks College of Health, Professor School of Nursing
  Provided direction and leadership for 2 departments, 1 school and
1 research center, 75+ faculty and 1900 students
  Initiated and/or supported quality programs in athletic training, community health, geriatric management, health administration, nursing, nutrition, public health, physical therapy and rehabilitation counseling
  Raised $19 million in private donations
  Initiated Doctoral Programs in Nursing and Physical Therapy
8/93 to 8/98:             Associate Dean, College of Health, Associate Professor of Nursing
  Responsible for curriculum oversight, budget, management, student development, aculty and staff affairs, and facilities within the College of Health
  Worked collaboratively to attain accreditation of nursing, nutrition, physical therapy, athletic training and health administration programs
