On May 1, 2013 Charlie McKibben passed away at the age of 87. Charlie was a founding member of our section and was instrumental in splitting it off from the Florida Section in the 1980’s. He was also the first Chair of our section and an early hire in the R&D analytical lab at Betz Paper Products. Charlie was an excellent employee and worked into his 70’s. More about Charlie here.
