(c) or Hardback version ISBN13: 978-0-13-600617-6; ISBN10 0-13-600617-5 plus must purchase M.C. separately at link below. The hardback edition also contains chapters that are used in General Chemistry II, so consider this option if you plan to take CHM2046C.
2. Lab Manual: "Thomson Custom Publishing General Chemistry I Laboratory Module".
3. Homework Companion: MasteringChemistry Student Access Code kit (ISBN-10: 0136029221; ISBN-13: 9780136029229) online tutorial and homework companion. It may either purchased with the textbook (combo, recommended) or separately at: http://www.masteringchemistry.com. Make sure you don't get the "One Key" or the "Student Media Pak", since these do not have access to the graded homework. The course ID is LufasoCHEM2045CFA08. If you have difficulties with entering your answers on your own computer, then use a UNF computer at the library or computer lab. Textbook practice problems are neither collected nor graded. Please note that EE or EXP replaces x 10. For instance, to enter 6.02 x 1023, I would hit 6 . 0 2 EE 23 , or if my calculator had an EXP key, I would hit 6 . 0 2 EXP 23 A common error is to enter 6 . 0 2 x 10 EE 23, which is incorrect.
