Karthikeyan Umapathy is working as Assistant Professor at the School of Computing, University of North Florida. He recently completed his PhD degree in Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University. His dissertation involves developing web services frameworks and solutions using Language-Action theories. His research interests are service-oriented computing, web services, enterprise integration, and standards. His research have been published in conferences such as service computing, international conference on web services and conceptual modeling and journals such as Information Systems Frontiers.
