Documentation

You are required to have 2 flat paper folders with pockets so that papers cannot fall out (file folders are not sufficient).
Your name must be listed on the upper right corner of the front of the folders and be clearly legible (i.e., if you have a dark folder, do not write on it in black ink - get a label).

Preliminary structure chart and IPO chart must be generated on computer and is required for Project 2 and Project 3.
Final structure chart and IPO chart must be turned in with final documentation on all projects starting with Project 2.

All documentation must be generated on computer.
Final project documentation consists of printed source code submitted in a flat paper folder as described above.
If source is printed on formfeed paper, the feeder perforations should be removed but the pages should not be separated.
The source must be printed in a fixed-width font. Points will be deducted for variable-width printouts.
If source is printed in an application which adds margins, lines should not wrap.

Points will be deducted for sloppy documentation.
