Sorting Performance in Chimpanzees

The subjects were taught to sort abstract objects presented on a touch monitor.
The objects are moved with a finger from the top of the screen, one by one, to the bottom of the
screen while being sorted into categories. The lines at the bottom of the screen
serve as "trays" that the objects are sorted onto.
