KVRO Radio

Instrumental in the transformation of a not-for-profit radio station into commercial profitability. Consulted with local retailers to design results orientated advertising. Wrote, produced, and edited local radio advertisements for clients.

Assisted in the management of a retail computer software store. Responsible for providing excellent customer service, employment interviewing, scheduling, and merchandising. Presented associate training sessions on customer service, software, and sales techniques.

Northwestern Mutual Financial Network

Licensed life insurance agent for the State of Oklahoma. Responsible for maintaining contact management system. Developed sales presentations for life and disability products. Assisted with training of new financial representatives.

Paid Consulting

Completed a freelance project for a local manufacturing corporation, TruckGen. Worked with the president of the company, Gino Kennedy, to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for a business meeting with the SEC Corporation in Japan.
