Association membership is extended to all neighbors who reside in the Neptune Beach subdivision of Neptune-By-The-Sea. Membership is voluntary and dues are $50.00 a year. The money raised through dues is used to maintain the common areas (street islands), for a yearly block party and for holiday luminaries.

The purpose of the Association is to create a neighborhood environment where residents know each other and band together to maintain a lovely area that is often noted as one of the most desirable neighborhoods at the Beach.
