Electronic Library Assistants
Electronic Library Assistants are key components of the library's public services team, providing assistance to library patrons and back-up support to the library's Reference staff at the Reference Services desk. Electronic Library Assistants also help extend operational hours in the Reference Services Area by providing technology support beyond the hours that Reference staff are available.
This online manual provides Electronic Library Assistants with details of their position assignment, including a description of the position, a list and description of responsibilities and expectations, a detailed listing of normal routines, and other important employment related information. The current work schedule is also maintained at this site.
NOTICE: The library is currently not staffing the student help desk on the 2nd floor.
