Steering Committee

To ensure a successful Banner Implementation a Steering Committee has been established to guide the implementation of the Project. The Steering Committee will meet a minimum of once a month, more frequently if necessary. The Steering Committee will make appropriate policy decisions when needed, and expedite decisions needed to keep the project on target. The Steering committee will ensure that the UNF Project manager keeps the University community well informed about the project. This committee is also responsible for monitoring and addressing change requests to the base line system. Change Requests will be documented, evaluated and decided on based on the cost/benefits of implementing.
