Project Personnel RolesExecutive Sponsors: Richard Crosby and Hank Camp The Executive Sponsors will work with SCT and third parties to expedite and resolve issues that require the highest executive level involvement, such as contract amendments. They will be project champions and promote the visibility and credibility of the project. Contract Administrator: Scott Bennett -- The Contract Administrator will work with SCT and third parties to expedite and resolve contract issues. Project Manager: Scott Bennett – The Project Manager will have complete decision-making authority for the project. Major policy decisions (as judged by the project manager) will be referred to the Steering Committee. No other person may refer such issues to the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee will reply to such requests within one week. In the absence of a timely reply, the relevant decision will be made by the Project Manager. Specific responsibilities include:
SCT Personnel Account Manager: Steve Hanner - the SCT Account Manager will serve as the primary contact point to SCT. Project related issues concerning SCT resources or activities may be forwarded to the General Manager for resolution. The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing budgetary items related to the UNF account. The standard level of contact between the SCT Account Manager and University of North Florida will be at the UNF Project Manager and Steering Committee level. SCT Project Manager: Keith Miles - the SCT Project Manager will be responsible for the development, delivery and monitoring of the Project Schedule and all associated communication during the project. The SCT Project Manager will schedule and coordinate all SCT resources. The standard level of contact between the SCT Project Manager and University of North Florida will be at the UNF Project Manager and Coordinating Committee level. Specific responsibilities include:
Quality Assurance Analyst: TBD – the SCT Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for the review of all project documentation to ensure compliance with the UNF project standards. The purpose of Quality Assurance is to provide management with appropriate visibility into the processes being used by the project and of the project's deliverables. The standard level of contact between the SCT Quality Assurance Analyst and University of North Florida will be at the UNF Project Manager and Coordinating Committee level. SCT Application and Technical Consultants- Technical and Application consultants will be assigned as needed to the UNF project. Each will have specific application knowledge and be responsible for specific tasks identified by the SCT Project Manager. Such tasks to include:
