Coordinating Committee

A coordinating committee has also been put in place to monitor and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the project. All issues from the various teams will be addressed and resolved at this level before elevating to the Steering Committee. This committee is made up of the various team leaders along with the UNF and SCT project managers. They will report status in writing to the Executive Sponsors on a biweekly basis initially. As the project progresses and stabilizes, status reporting may become less frequent, but not less than monthly.

The Coordinating Committee will meet on a weekly basis to:

• Monitor project schedules;
  
• Set priorities for allocation of resources;
  
• Expedite decision making;
  
• Promote the project;
  
• Make recommendations for Change Requests; and
  
• Make recommendations for policy decisions.
