Access to Excellence

The University's first capital campaign, Access to Excellence, was completed in June 2003 and raised more than $103 million, $38 million more than its goal. More than 11,700 alumni and friends made gifts to this effort. The endowment grew from $7 million to $40 million. Nearly 300 new scholarships were created.
