Whether it’s the unexpected cancellation of a Presidential lecturer, the planning of a major gift announcement or a health scare, the department of Media Relations & Events embraces each as opportunities to demonstrate superior customer service to internal and external clients.  Most recently the department has placed streaming video and radio interviews highlighting UNF faculty, staff and students on the UNF Website.

Among the suggestions submitted by Ronda Mitchell are establishing a parking availability meter at the beginning of every parking garage, establishing designated walkways within the parking garages that would allow pedestrians safe passage, developing a digital e-communication for University constituents regarding non-business oriented topics (i.e. tutors, volunteers, etc.) and establishing a trolley service for popular campus and nearby locations.

The recipients will be ceremoniously recognized at the Professional Development Forum Luncheon to be held on April 12, 2007.

Congratulations to all of the honorees!
