Criteria for Quality Customer Service Award

Any UNF Department is eligible.

Self-nominations are accepted.
If a department receives a Quality Customer Service Award, this department will not be eligible for another Quality Customer Service Award, until one year after the award date.
Members of the University community and others may nominate departments for this award.
