Criteria for Selection for the Outstanding Achievement Award
Nominees for the Outstanding Achievement Award must meet the following criteria.
- Eligibility shall extend to Out-of-unit Faculty, Administrative (A&P), Support (USPS) and regular Other Personal Services (OPS).
- If an employee receives an Outstanding Achievement Award, he or she will not be eligible for another Outstanding Achievement Award until one year after the award date.
- All nominees must have been employed by the University for a minimum of three (3) years prior to the end of the application deadline for the selection process.
- The nominee must have a history of good standing in his or her Human Resources personnel file.
- Self nominations are not accepted for this award.
- Members of the University community and others may nominate employees for this award.
- The nominator cannot be a relative of the nominee as defined in the Human Resources Personnel Program Policies & Regulations (Page 17).
