CIS4103 Web Performance has evolved to the point where it significantly overlaps another course in our offerings, CIS4100 System Performance and Evaluation. We prefer to delete CIS4103 and use CIS4100 to fulfill a requirement in the Networking specialization within the IT concentration.

New Course Description:
This course introduces the theories of analog and digital communication systems. Topic includes modulation and demodulation, multiplexing, spread spectrum, CDMA, communication link and wireless channels analysis.

Updating of existing course description to correct a typographical error (Replace "Reccati equations" with "Riccati equations."
New Course Description:
This course covers the design and analysis of control systems using state-space methods. Topics include linear algebra, modeling of physical systems as state-space equations, transformations, stability, controllability and observability, state feedback, observer design, introduction to optimal control, and Riccati equations.
