Five Year Course Inactivity Report--Forms from
Dr. Michael Bovenzi, APC Chair (April 6, 2017) - No Later than 4/28/2017
This is a reminder: the deadline for submitting any APC forms to maintain a course that has not been taught in the last five years is the April 28th. If you have not submitted an APC form to maintain a course that has not been taught in the last five years, the course will be deleted and not appear in the catalog.
At any time after April 28, 2017 and assuming that you had not entered a 5-year review package APC form, and if you should wish to use this course, the course would be considered as new. A completely new APC form would need be created before the course could be utilized
If nothing is sent through for a course that has not been taught in the last five years by the allotted time frame, it will not appear in the catalog.
