Transitioning to Qualtrics -- The New Online Survey Tool

This fall, UNF is transitioning to a new online survey application. Qualtrics will replace Vovici, UNF's current online survey tool. Qualtrics was selected because it better supports research, is more user friendly, and less expensive. Qualtrics, the new service, will become available on Oct. 15. Faculty can create their Qualtrics account by clicking on "Online Survey Tool - Qualtrics" under "Quick Links" in myWings beginning Oct. 15.

Vovici, the current service, will not be available after Dec. 31, 2012 due to our license agreement. Vovici survey owners will need to export any survey questions, survey data or reports they wish to preserve from the current system before midnight on Dec. 31. Visit to read the directions for exporting survey questions, survey responses, and downloading reports.

CIRT is available to assist with transferring survey question sets from the old system to the new. Several Qualtrics workshops have been scheduled. Please visit the CPDT registration page to register for the workshops.
