About UNF Peace Education Partners (PEP):

The PEP Faculty of UNF are the planners and facilitators for this Conflict Transformation Symposium. Peace Education Partners originally began as the UNF Garrison Group, a consortium of administrators, faculty and staff throughout departments of UNF. The original impetus of the group centered around efforts to expand interdisciplinary approaches to diversity and multicultural education at UNF. Over the last year, the group has embraced a wider agenda of peace education and the development of Conflict Transformation (CT) programs. PEP is making headway in several efforts to advance an interdisciplinary curriculum, offered across UNF colleges, with a vision of peace and the continual development of corresponding education programs and events.
