Yoga to Open the Body and Heart
Tuesday, Oct 2 -      4:00-5:15pm
Wednesday, Oct. 3 -  4:00-5:15pm

Join us in the University Art Gallery for an hour of Anusara Yoga. Anusara is a "celebration of the heart," that looks for the good in all people and all things. You will leave feeling energized, peaceful, stretched and walking with ease. All levels will be accommodated and no experience is necessary. Yoga mats will be available and please wear comfortable clothing.

Meditation for Peace
Thursday, Oct. 4 -  5:00-5:30
Meditation has the power to heal on many levels. Heal yourself and you heal the world. Group meditation has the power to heal each individual, but also the world community, like a pebble thrown into a pond to ripple out and heal the world.  This guided meditation is the perfect way to kick off the Conflict Transformation Symposium.  Join us in the University Art Gallery for this gathering and open your heart to the world.  Light refreshments will be served.
