Symposium Vendors/Exhibitors (Organizational Partners)

Local, regional and national organizations are invited to register as Organizational Partners of the 3-day Symposium. This entitles those organizations to exhibit and/or sell materials at Display Tables that will be set up in conference facilities during the two days when the Symposium meets at University Center ( October 5-6).  Please note that this page is limited to those groups who wish to exhibit at the academic conference (Symposium) that concludes Peace Awareness Week. This option should not be confused with a related opportunity for groups to participate in the outdoor Peace Festival on the Green.

Organizational Partners  are also entitled to complimentary registration for one or more members of their organization, as well as other benefits listed below. These partnerships also provide an advertising opportunity to promote the  work and mission of organizations committed to peacemaking and the transformation of conflict in our community and around the globe.  There are three levels of partnership as described below:

HOW TO REGISTER as a PARTNER ORGANIZATION :
To register  as an Organizational Partner, simply use  the regular online REGISTRATION FORM. First, enter the contact information for the person who will be the primary representative of your organization in attendance at the Symposium. This should be the person who will be responsible for setting up, staffing, and dismantling your display. Then skip the section called "Registration Order" and do not select from the A-B-C-D options. Instead, proceed directly to the final section of the form labeled "Vendor/Exhibitor" and select the Partnership Level of your choice (Gold/Silver/Bronze). Gold level partnership includes a second complimentary registration.  Please e-mail the name and contact information of the second participant to jfrank@unf.edu. If there will be additional symposium attendees from your organization, they should register individually without selecting the Vendor/Exhibitor Option.

Additional Information
All exhibits/table displays will have access to electricity if needed. However, exhibitors must provide their own equipment, supplies, extension cords, and signage identifying the company. Security will not be provided to watch your belongings. Basic technical assistance will be provided during set-up and throughout the conference.

Please keep in mind that the Symposium opens on Thursday evening is in Lazarra Hall in the Fine Arts Center, and then moves to the University Center (Conference Center) for all functions on Friday and Saturday. Table exhibits should be setup between 7-8 am on Friday morning (October 5th) and will need to be removed by 3pm on Saturday, October 6, following the adjournment of the Symposium.
