Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators (GACE)

 General Information

The GACE assesses "the knowledge and skills of prospective Georgia public school educators."  The GACE assessments consist of the Basic Skills Assessment, Content Assessments, the Professional Pedagogy Assessment, the Educational Leadership Assessment, and the Paraprofessional Assessment.


Testing Hours

The GACE assessments are offered during specific testing windows.  Testing appointments at the University of North Florida are available on weekdays during the GACE Testing Windows.

Parking Information

All vehicles parking on the University of North Florida campus are required to have a valid parking pass. Test candidates can buy a parking pass at either of the Parking Services buildings found on your right as you enter campus. The parking fee is $5.


The closest parking lots to our building are Lot 2 and the Fine Arts Parking Garage. Be sure to give yourself ample time for parking as spaces are limited.
