Student Union Reservations Office

Reservations may be made in person or via e-mail using the below reservation request forms. If you wish to inquire about availability, please contact the Student Union Administration Office, located in the Student Union Building 58 East, Suite 1302. Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our telephone number is (904) 620-1496.

Summer and Fall 2013 Reservations Open to Student Groups: Monday January 28, 2013  

Students may only make reservations for one reoccurring meeting and one special event, all other reservations will open February 04, 2013

Please note that your reservation is not made until you have received an e-mail confirmation from the Student Union Administration Office.
