Campus Recreation

  • Personal training // Light or intense to suit your fitness goals.
  • Intramurals // All kinds of organized men’s and women’s team sports.
  • Fitness // Classes and self-directed fitness at the Dottie Dorion Center.
  • Golfplex // Practice or play at a unique 4-hole course and driving range.
  • Aquatic Center // Swim, dive, do water aerobics or just relax.
  • Nature trails // Stroll, bird watch or participate in eco-adventure programs.
  • Club sports // Join an existing club or start one.

Counseling Center

Get free help in a group setting or one-on-one with a counselor.
