Type of presentations: Panel discussion and research showcase


Deadline to submit abstracts: Wednesday, March 15, 2017


Panel: Dan Richard, Director of the Office of Faculty Enhancement, and Stephanie Race, Head of Research and Outreach at the UNF Library, will lead a discussion of strategies faculty and students can use to increase the reach and visibility of their research. Topics will include publishing strategically, increasing discoverability through the Institutional Repository, and tracking metrics. 


Showcase: The Showcase of Faculty Scholarly and Creative Activity is dedicated to the presentation of faculty scholarly and creative activities, including books, journal articles, artwork, and more. As part of the National Library Week and UNF's Research Week, the showcase will feature faculty from a range of disciplines, celebrating their advancements in knowledge, teaching, and creativity. The goal of the Showcase is to expose the university community to the breadth of faculty research and increase student awareness of the importance of these endeavors.
