Welcome

Welcome! This park has been designed for different skill levels. Know your ability and know the purpose and desgin of your equipment so that you can maintain control of it to avvoid using it in a manner that may cause harm to yourself or others. Use of this park may result in serious injury or death and all who enter this park use it at their own risk.

How to Join

SAFETY RULES
For the safety of all the park, the following is prohibited:

  • Skating while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Brining alcohol, glass container, food or drinks in the park.
  • Smoking in the park.
  • Bringing pets inside the park.
  • Wearing headphones while skating.
  • Skating while the park surface is wet.
  • Riding against traffic or rails or pipes.
  • Skating down ramps before they are clear of other riders.
  • Modifying any portion of the skate surface.
  • Be respectful of others; abusive language or behavior is not permitted.
  • Vandalism or grafitti would prohibited usage to facility and reported to police.
  • Be respectful of others when using a skating ramp; share the ramps but use your safety precautions.

Use of this park is offered to UNF members (Students, Faculty and Staff) and is subject to UNF's regulations and policies - Bring Osprey One ID for verification upon entry.

Use of the park by community requires a membership or weekly pass purchased at the UNF Aquatic Center 904-620-2854.

Any person under age 17 is prohibited from using the park without first contacting the Department of Recreation and providing it written authorization from his/her parent or guardian stating the individual is permitted to use the park.
Skateboards and in-line skates are the only riding equipment allowed in the park. Skaters must wear helments at all times while using knee pads, elbow pad and wrist guards are strongly recommended.
Foot Traffic, bicycles, BMX bikes, scooters, roller skates, motorized vehicles or additional obstacles (ramps/jumps) are not allowed.
