The University of North Florida Intramural Sports Program is dedicated to provide students, faculty and staff an opportunity to participate in athletic and non-athletic recreational activities in a fun and safe environment while promoting physical fitness, social interaction, and campus involvement. Annually, the program offers a wide range of team, dual, and individual activities aimed at maximizing student participation. Activities include flag football, volleyball, sand volleyball, indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, softball, basketball, racquetball, tennis, kickball, and much more. Every intramural league and tournament sport is divided into three leagues of play: Men's, Women's, and Co-Rec. All intramural activities are FREE to UNF students who have paid their student activities fees, and all full time faculty and staff. Intramural Sports is a great way to meet new people and stay active at the same time. Whether you enjoy structured leagues or informal activities, this is the place for you.
You're new on campus, want to play, but don't know where to start. How Intramurals Works will give you the rundown on anything and everything you need to know about getting involved.
