UNF’s Howell, Ruppert win national surfing titles
A couple of UNF Surf Team members swept the top two individual honors at the National Scholastic Surfing Association championships. Senior Corey Howell repeated as men’s college champion, while senior Emily Ruppert earned her second women’s college title, adding to her previous national triumph in 2014.

Adaptive Toy Project transforms ride-on cars for special needs kids
Kids love driving battery-powered toy cars and playing with interactive stuffed toys that have buttons and switches, but some children have disabilities that make it difficult to engage in such play. The UNF Adaptive Toy Project is working to change that.
