UNF Hosts Annual International Business Research Conference

The Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida will host the 6th Annual International Business Research Conference beginning Friday, Feb. 10, and ending Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Coggin College, second floor, room 2120.

Academic researchers from around the world will participate in the business research conference, co-sponsored by the Coggin College and Warsaw University’s School of Management and The Center for Europe. Conference sessions will cover research papers on a variety of international topics, including finance issues and tax evasion; customer service; trade, aid and sanctions; innovation, information and communication; finance and trade in developing and transition economies; and cross-cultural marketing.

“The continued success and growth of this conference demonstrates the Coggin College’s commitment to become a player in global scholarship, in addition to international education,” said Jeff Steagall, UNF associate dean for International and Student Affairs at the Coggin College.

The conference is open to the public and costs $50. The fee to attend the conference and a dinner/reception is $100. The dinner will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10, at the River Club in Jacksonville. Current UNF students can attend the conference free of charge but must pre-register for the sessions by contacting Nicole Biscotti at The student registration deadline is January 31. All non-student participants must pay the registration fee by February 3.
