University of North Florida Expands Center for Quality Program

The University of North Florida, Division of Continuing Education, has expanded its Center for Quality program offerings, which are designed to help regional employers boost profitability through increases in productivity and quality.
Local and regional organizations are operating in an increasing competitive environment. The UNF Center for Quality is one of several continuing education programs that allow area businesses to locally access world-class training, consulting and facilitation services, enabling First Coast organizations to improve profitability through increases in productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
The Center now offers Jacksonville organizations training, facilitation and consulting in more than 30 topics related to productivity and quality improvement. Recent expansions to the program include Six Sigma for Service Organizations, ISO 9001:2000 for Service Organizations, additional customized on-site workplace education, plus increased offerings in its open enrollment course curriculum.
