Student Life

At UNF, students are our first priority. To help them realize their educational dreams, we have assembled an array of programs to make the most of their experience on campus.

There are plenty of opportunities for UNF Ospreys to get involved in activities that complement the classroom experience. Students can:

  • Participate in our unique student leadership initiative — the Institute for Community, Values and Leadership
  • Join one of the more than 200 clubs and organizations
  • Belong to one of the 24 fraternities or sororities
  • Live in one of our six residence hall complexes
  • Cheer for our 19 NCAA Division I sports teams

We work hard to give our students every opportunity to leave campus with the skills and knowledge they will need to shape their dreams and transform tomorrow.

Our residence life programming ensures students who live on campus have the support and resources needed to be successful campus citizens. With a program on each floor, in each hall and across campus, students have myriad ways to connect and thrive at UNF.

Healthy Osprey is a collaboration of students, faculty and staff across campus working together to foster a community that embraces the development of a healthy body, mind and spirit. The purpose of the Healthy Osprey initiative is to assess and respond to the needs of the UNF community and create and maintain a healthy environment that will enhance the holistic student experience.
