Facilities

• UNF's scenic campus is nestled among 1,381 acres which includes a nature and wildlife area with lakes and nature trails. A portion of the campus is used for scientific research and has been the site for the annual Envirothon for local schools.
  
   
• The campus encompasses 26 major buildings with more than 2.8 million square feet of space. The newest residence hall, The Crossings, opened in fall 2001. All 2,000 on-campus residents receive free high speed data access, local phone and cable TV service.
  
   
• The recently completed $22 million Fine Arts Complex provides office, classroom, studio and lab space for the departments of Communication & Visual Arts and Music.
  
   
• Future construction projects include expansion of the Library and a new building for the College of Education.
