Create the storage image for Fig3.8.obj as if the
program were loaded at address 200 with ProgB and
ProgC loaded immediately after ProgA. 

As of 1:22 PM 6/7/05 I believe I have corrected Fig3.8.obj so that it
is consistent with Fig3.8.simp.
