The eight Osprey Connector busses each have six 40” x 10” advertising panels available.
There are eight shelters at various shuttle stops around campus with two 20” x 25” advertising posters available at each shelter.
Ads are available for semester purchase by University departments, official student organizations or contracted third party vendors with permanent facility locations on campus.
Semester ad rates for Fall and Spring term:
Consists of one panel/poster at four shuttle or bus stop locations. The panel/posters are double-sided to provide two ads of exposure. At a prearranged date during the semester, the panel/poster can be flipped to display the second advertisement. Cost $500
For an additional $200, a second double-sided panel/poster can be produced to allow four advertisements to run consecutively during the semester. Cost $700

For an additional $400, a second double-sided panel/poster can be produced to allow four advertisements to run consecutively during the semester. Cost $1400
Ads for Summer term are $125 due to three running shuttle buses.
Approximately eight weeks before the start of a semester, an announcement will go on Osprey Update asking for advertising requests through an e-mail to Parking and Transportation Services. All submissions will receive a confirmation email within two business days. Those with the first 14 submissions will be told they have obtained space and will be contacted by Parking and Transportation Services to discuss desired / available panel type. Others will be told to try again next semester. Initially only one ad per department / organization / vendor may be purchased each semester but if there are not 14 requests, additional space will be made available to those requesting advertising through this program.
All panels must be designed and produced by the Marketing and Publications Department. Parking and Transportation Services will inform the Marketing and Publications Department of successful requestors and the Marketing and Publications staff will contact the department / organization / vendor to work through the details.
Ads will be placed during intersession and will remain through the purchased term’s Commencement.
Please note – the Osprey Connector busses do not operate when the University is closed or when the University is open but classes are not being offered (e.g. breaks between terms and Spring Break).
