Printing and Copying Information

Copiers and printers are located on the first three floors of the library.

Use your Osprey 1Card to print or copy 

• Add value using cash at add-value machines on the 1st and 2nd floors .
• Add value to your Osprey 1Card here using a debit or credit card.

To Print

• Send your print job from your computer.
• Find your N# on the printer screen  (any library printer).
• Click the print button or double click your job.
• Swipe your Osprey 1Card.
• Click OK to confirm charges.

To Print in Color

• Select the color printer from the printer drop-down selection box.
• Look for the color printer on the 2nd floor.  There's a big sign above it.
• You will see your N# and the word "COLOR".

Printing from a Laptop

• You must log in to UNF-Secure and not guest wireless to send a print job.
• Link straight to online printing form. 

To Copy

• Copy machines are located on the 1st three floors behind the elevators.
• Swipe your card.
• Select the number of copies you want.
• Follow instructions on copy machines. 

For those who do not have an Osprey 1Card

• A debit card may be purchased at machines on the 1st and 2nd floors. 
• A $1.00 card has $ .55 copy value, a $5.00 card has $4.55 copy value. 
• Bills can be added to a purchased card at the same machines. The full value will be added.
