Photographs of Eartha White date from the late nineteenth century to 1971. Included are 27 photographs by the Jacksonville photographer E. L. Weems. Most of the photographs are not dated and in black and white. When identified, most have hand-written captions on the verso of the print. His imprint contains the caption: Made by R. Lee Thomas, Mound Bayou, Mississippi, The Oldest Negro Town in America. 156 black and white photographs. Size varies from 8 x 10 to 12 x 16.
