Our goal is to do things right the first time for our customers, but the real test of our commitment is demonstrated in how we resolve problems to our customer's satisfaction. Strive to resolve customers' problems or questions before they leave your workplace. Seek help to solve the problem or answer the question to the customer's satisfaction. Contact the customer before the sun goes down when the problem is not resolved in the workplace. Resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction within three days and contact the customer regularly. "It always pays in the long run to treat a customer as you would be treated. Always be fair and square in your dealings."
