You must have a username and password to read
books in NetLibrary.
This
is different from your regular library login.
IF YOU ARE ON CAMPUS:
- Go to http://www.netlibrary.com and
select Create a Free Account at the top right of the screen.
- Fill out the required information to register your username and password.
- Now you can read NetLibrary books from any computer connected to
the Internet -- on campus or off.
IF YOU ARE OFF CAMPUS:
- Log in now by clicking this link.
- When you are returned to this page, you should see "dax" somewhere in the Internet address. This indicates that you are logged in.
- Select this link to get to NetLibrary while you are still logged
in. http://www.netlibrary.com
- Now you can
go ahead and create a username and password just as described above in the
on-campus instructions.
You may need to download the DjVu browser plug-in for certain NetLibrary books. There is a link on the NetLibrary book description page, but if it is not working, you can get the plugin here. Select version 6.1.4
