Requesting Library Instruction for UNF Courses (UNF FACULTY ONLY)

• CLASS INSTRUCTION FORM.     UNF Faculty may request library instruction for their classes by completing and submitting the Class Instruction Form. Requests should be received 2 weeks prior to the requested instruction dates. Please complete one form for each class.
• FACULTY SURVEY OF LIBRARY INSTRUCTION.    Please help us improve our instruction program by completing our brief Library Instruction Survey.
• STUDENT SURVEY OF LIBRARY INSTRUCTION.     Please help us improve our instruction program by encouraging your students to complete our brief Library Instruction Survey.

Requesting Library Instruction for Individuals (Any UNF Researcher)

• INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION FORM.     Any UNF researcher may request a one-on-one session with a Reference Librarian by completing and submitting the Individual Instruction Form. Please submit your request at least a week in advance of the date you'd like to schedule.
• INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION SURVEY.     Please give us feedback on your one-on-one library session.
