STUDENT CARREL APPLICATION

Applicant must be currently enrolled at UNF in a degree program.

  • Applications will be accepted until the end of the first week of classes. 
  • Only completed applications accompanied by the Student Schedule Confirmation will be considered.

Successful applicants may pick up their intellikey request form in the Library Administration Office (2400).  Applicant will have one week from the award date to pick up the carrel key or the carrel will be re-assigned to another applicant. Each carrel may be assigned two researchers.

Carrels are assigned in the following priority order:

Doctoral Program
  • Dissertation and thesis students
  • Full-time graduate students
  • Graduate students
  • Seniors with a full-time class load and/or a significant research project
  • Students sitting for professional exams, such as CPA, LSAT, MCAT, etc.

If you would like to share a carrel with a specific applicant, please include that person’s name here (that person must also fill out an application)

Successful applicants will be asked to present a copy of your Student Schedule Confirmation to the Dean's office. These schedules are available from the UNF website.
