University
Archives Spotlights Come visit the exhibit
of UNF Distinguished Professors in a new display in University Archives/Special
Collections (3rd floor). Every Distinguished Professor from the inception
of the Award (1979) to date is represented, along with their published
works and recorded performances. These 25 academicians are a very distinguished
group indeed, with significant scholarly and artistic accomplishments. Did You Know ---
If you want to know about more cool things you can read at your desk or in the comfort of your home, we'll be happy to arrange a special session for you and your colleagues in our 4th floor instruction room. If you want us to concentrate on a specific database or set of databases, we can do that, too. 1,500 Students Receive Library Instruction During the first two months of 2002, the Library's Instruction Team taught 1,500 students basic library research techniques and how to access and use the Library's impressive array of research databases. Subject-specific Web pages were prepared for several of these classes. Take a look. Now's the time to reserve a space for your classes for the summer and the fall. The calendar fills up quickly and early. Here's the online reservation form. We Value Your Input The Annual Library Survey gives us a lot of information that helps drive our programs, budget and services. Please take a couple of minutes to complete the 2002 Online Library Survey. What's New Be sure to check the What's New link on the Library's Web page. We'll keep you up to date so you can inform your students. |
