Study Carrels

Study carrels are located along the back hallway on the fourth floor near where the resource center is located. Assigned semester by semester, the study carrels are locked, private rooms where researchers can work on academic projects in quiet.

Carrels are assigned by the library's administrative staff. Researchers should complete and submit their applications for carrels prior to the beginning of the semester. Carrel assignments will be posted on the Administrative Office door the first week of classes.

Since there are only a few carrels in the library, researchers are encouraged to apply early and provide ample justification for needing a private room in the library.
