Fourth Floor

The fourth floor houses the General and Oversized Collections, LIRC (Library Instructional Resource Center), and the study carrels. While this floor is not staffed, questions concerning location of materials can be directed to the second floor Circulation or Reference service desks.

If you use materials on the fourth floor or on any floor, library staff ask that you please not reshelve the materials. Black shelves are positioned at the ends of many of the rows specifically for books that need reshelving. Library staff keep statistics on numbers of items used and prefer reshelving items themselves. Either leave library materials on the black shelves or on the tables positioned throughout the floor and we will gladly make certain they reach their designated shelf locations.
