All-retirees List to Receive Campus Update

Below are the directions to subscribe to the all-retirees list for retirees to receive e-communications from the University.
Retired faculty and staff members

To subscribe to the all-retirees distribution list that receives regularly scheduled university e-communication, such as Osprey Update, go to http://lists.unf.edu/mailman/listinfo/all-retirees. 

  • In the field that says “Your email address”, enter the email address where you wish to receive the e-communication.   
  • In the second field, please enter your first and last name.   
  • Check the box indicating whether you wish to receive the email in a daily digest. We suggest you answer “No”.  Checking “yes” generates redundant emails.   
  • Click on the “Subscribe” button.  
  • Login to the email account you listed when you subscribed to the list. You will receive a confirmation email. To complete the process, click on the web link provided in the email.   
  • A web page will open. Click on the “Subscribe to list All-Retirees” button.   
  • You are now subscribed and will receive start receiving Osprey Updates and other e-communication such as InsideUNF.  

  

In the event you wish to unsubscribe, follow these steps: 

  • Go to http://lists.unf.edu/mailman/listinfo/all-retirees.  
  • Towards the bottom of the page you will see a place to unsubscribe. Type your email address (the one receiving the e-communication) into the blank field.   
  • Click the “Unsubscribe or Edit Options” button.  
  • Under the section that says “Unsubscribe”, click the “Unsubscribe” button. (you do not need to enter a password).  
  • It will say “The confirmation email has been sent." at the top of the web page.   
  • Login to the email account you listed when you subscribed to the list. You will receive a confirmation email. To complete the process, click on the web link provided in the email.  
  • A web page will open. Click on the “Unsubscribe” button.   
  • You are now unsubscribed and will no longer receive e-communication from the university.
