Supplemental Instruction Attendance

As part of the Supplemental Instruction academic support program, the Supplemental Instruction Leader will be responsible for recording attendance.  Courses that will be using SI, will have a course attribute (USUP) added (through a separate application).

The Supplemental Instruction Leader (added in the Supplemental Instruction - User Control and Supplemental Instruction-Course Assignment) will take attendance for each Supplemental Instruction session.  The SI Leader will select a Term and Course and indicate the date and session of the Supplemental Instruction.  A list of students in the selected course will be displayed.  The SI Leader will indicate using a drop-down box next to each student's name if they attended the session by selection 'Y'.

Intended Audience/Users: Supplemental Instruction Leaders

Supplemental Instruction Reports

As part of the Supplemental Instruction academic support program, the Supplemental Instruction Administrator can use this screen to run reports.  These reports can be exported to EXCEL.  Report and Term are required.  Optionally, a Course, and/or SI Leader, can be selected from a drop-down box and/or Begin Date and End Date to narrow the selection to sessions with that leader and/or attendance in a date range.
